Upper West Side Apartment

Transforming a compact Upper West Side apartment, this renovation maximized every square inch while preserving its pre-war character. A custom walnut credenza, shelving unit, and storage-rich dining nook complemented a bespoke kitchen featuring a stunning Silver Roots marble island and backsplash. Rich wood tones and plush seating—dressed in velvets, linens, and textured wools—added warmth and depth to the space. Working closely with the client, we curated an art collection that seamlessly integrated vintage Swedish, American, and Brazilian ceramics with striking French paintings and sculptures. This globally inspired aesthetic infused the apartment with a deeply personal narrative. Expansive windows flood the rooms with natural light, creating an airy, serene atmosphere perfect for both intimate moments and lively gatherings. By meticulously blending historical preservation with contemporary design, we ensured the apartment's historical essence remained vibrant while delivering the client's desired modern comfort.
